Program Senior Manager - F-35 Block 4 - Level 6

Description:

• The F-35 Air Vehicle Development (AVD) Block 4 Contract Program Manager is responsible for managing cost, schedule, and technical delivery of multiple development efforts, which will provide critical capabilities to the F-35 platform.
• Develop and execute program plans, meeting contractual commitments, and driving program performance
• Coordinate across the business to ensure enterprise and full lifecycle success
• Interface with Customer counterparts to ensure customer satisfaction and contractual objectives are achieved
• Ensure the establishment of milestones, proactively manage master schedules, utilize active risk management practices to identify problems and develop solutions
• Communicate program status, challenges, successes, and help needed across the enterprise and up through executive leadership, both internal and external.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher with related experience
• Technical / Development Experience
• Program / Project Management Experience
• Experience in DoD Contracting and Negotiating

• Active Secret Clearance Desired Skills:

• Demonstrated program management of large and complex development efforts
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
• Strong Earned Value skills
• Ability to manage, coach, train, and motivate team
• Effective communication skills at all levels
• Experience working SAP/SAR programs
• Experience influencing and asserting direction without formal reporting authority
