Job Description

Description:
The Deputy Sustainment Program Manager for the Australia, Canada, United Kingdom Reprogramming Lab (ACURL) as well as the Norway, Italy Reprogramming Lab (NIRL), will work directly with the Senior Program Manager to lead the sustainment of these critical F 35 reprogramming facilities. The position will entail establishing and managing customer program reviews, including execution and planning for warfighter implementation. Coordinating the preparation of proposal(s), work statement(s), and specifications of contract(s). Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master schedule, utilize Risk Management to identify program problems and develop solutions, such as resource allocation or changing contractual direction. Coordinate within the CDS programs to leverage other reprogramming labs for F-35 synergy. Manage requirements development, interpretation and configuration evolution to ensure F-35 capabilities are responsive to customer requirements and executable at acceptable risk within contracted price and schedule. Establish and meet or exceed financial performance targets, and ensure 100% EVMS compliance. Ensure on-schedule delivery of products and services to contract requirements and quality standards.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher with professional work experience, or equivalent combined experience/education Earned Value Management (EV) experience or CAM 101 Trained and Certified Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products to include
Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Active Secret Clearance Desired Skills:
Government customer interaction and interface Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Excellent presentation and communication skills, both oral and written BOE Authoring, Contracting Support, or Proposal Development Support Experience Effective analytical and problem-solving skills Mission Data experience Reprogramming Lab experience

Work Remotely:
Part-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
