We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Permit Coordinator to support our licensing and compliance operations. This role acts as the communication bridge between our internal teams and remote offices, ensuring all permitting deliverables are properly distributed, tracked, and completed on schedule. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and comfortable working directly with local government officials and regulatory agencies. Responsibilities Ensure all permit deliverables and documentation are distributed to the appropriate stakeholder in a timely manner. Track application progress and maintain accurate internal records of permit status. Serve as the primary point of contact with local government officials and municipal offices. Represent the company professionally while maintaining positive working relationships with all parties. Coordinate communication between internal teams and government agencies. Follow up on pending applications, corrections, and approvals. Escalate delays or issues to the Licensing Specialist when necessary. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for permits and related documentation. Support compliance deadlines and ensure required documentation is completed. Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills. Professional communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Comfortable interacting with government offices and officials. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in email communication and basic office software (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office). Previous administrative, permitting, compliance, or coordination experience preferred but not required.
