Full Job Description Description:
Are you willing to make a difference? Come get paid to plan activities, support, and mentor individuals with disabilities.
Shifts:
8am•4pm Monday•
Friday General Responsibilities :
Interact with each individual to build rapport Plan and participate in activities at center and in the community Provide encouragement and direction to support staff Maintain oversight of all staff performance, participate in training and disciplinary action Documentation, data collection and audit collection Participate in individuals goal meetings Program budget planning Participate in additional trainings as needed
Requirements:
Valid Utah Driver License Background check and drug screen Aptitude to laugh Submitting documentation in timely manner Lift 50 lbs Assist individuals with hygiene and daily living skills
