Leadership Consultant, Customer Team We are looking for a Leadership Consultant to join our Customer Team, supporting senior leadership development engagements with some of the most iconic companies in the world. This role is ideal for someone who demonstrates both a passion for cultivating trusted relationships and for managing the details of many overlapping priorities. What You'll Do As a Leadership Consultant, you will own the end-to-end coordination and client experience across multiple customer accounts. Day to day, that means: Serve as the trusted point of contact for customer stakeholders and internal partners Run end-to-end process execution for 1:1 coaching engagements and coordinate with internal stakeholders on execution of assessment work Translate ambiguous asks into structured plans and clear next steps, bringing order to complex, matrixed work Proactively manage real-time record-keeping in Salesforce to ensure account health, engagement visibility, and accurate data Create polished, client-ready materials in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word Draft Statements of Work (SOWs) and partner closely with contracts and finance teams Communicate professionally with client stakeholders at all levels, demonstrating genuine curiosity about their organizational context Demonstrate ownership of deliverables, timelines, and outcomes, with the judgment to know when to escalate To Excel in This Role, You Will Demonstrate Strong delivery quality: details matter here, and you hold yourself to a high standard Clear, confident communication (both written and verbal) in front of client stakeholders and senior internal leaders High ownership and follow-through: you close loops, meet deadlines, and can be counted on The ability to manage competing priorities across multiple active engagements with composure and focus A collaborative, proactive approach with genuine curiosity about the work and the clients we serve Comfort operating in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
Requirements Required:
