Job DescriptionBryceTech is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a team providing financial management support services to Headquarters Marine Corps Budget & Execution Division. The Program Manager will serve as the primary interface between BryceTech and the Government, providing oversight of all contract activities, personnel, deliverables, quality management, and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
Provide overall leadership and oversight of contract performanceManage project cost, schedule, staffing, and performance across all PWS task areasLead transition planning, quality assurance, risk management, metrics management, project controls, and communications managementEnsure successful execution of support activities involving:

Financial execution analysis and reportingBudget execution monitoringDAI, PBIS, ADVANA, WYPC, HRLink, and related financial systemsFinancial reporting and audit readiness initiativesServe as primary point of contact with the Contracting Officer and CORAttend and support monthly planning meetings, quarterly performance reviews, and executive-level briefingsPrepare and oversee required deliverables, status reports, meeting materials, quality control documentation, and transition plansManage subcontractors and ensure all personnel maintain required qualificationsIdentify efficiencies, process improvements, and cost-saving opportunities that enhance value to the GovernmentQualificationsActive Secret Clearance or aboveBachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, management, public administration, information systems, or related field9+ years of progressive experience supporting:

Business consultingProcess improvementStrategic planningFinancial management or related disciplines4+ years managing complex projects, programs, or contractsData analytics certification preferredStructured Query Language (SQL) certification or demonstrated proficiency preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to lead multidisciplinary teamsAbility to work independently and interact effectively with senior Government officialsAdditional InformationPosition is contingent upon contract award. BryceTech offers a full range of benefits, including competitive salary, a comprehensive health plan including dental and vision coverage, company-paid life & disability insurance policies, 401(k) plan with company match, and an educational reimbursement program.
