Steps:
6 Months Step 1: Leadership Lab - The first 6 weeks of the program focus on unlocking the mindset and skills of a high-level leader . Through Leadership Lab , you will sharpen self-awareness, communication, and problem-solving, preparing you to lead in your career and beyond. Step 2: Career Lab - You'll work to complete a professional certification or pre-apprenticeship course in your selected career track. Step 3: Career Launch - Once you've completed the Certification stage, it's on to the job search. We'll work with you and help connect you to employers and jobs that fit your dreams and needs, so that you can be working in your new job, even before you graduate. Community Gatherings (every other Wednesday, 6 pm-8 pm, a meal and child care provided) Many of our "Leaders" (program participants) keep their jobs throughout the program. How much will you be paid every month while you're in the program? - $350
