Program Manager

Join our Electronics Manufacturing Services team as a Program Manager and become the essential link between our valued customers and our talented internal teams. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for EMS customer accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships throughout the entire product lifecycle Lead programs from New Product Introduction through production ramp and ongoing customer support Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to meet aggressive production schedules while maintaining exceptional quality standards Develop and manage detailed build plans and material strategies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery Facilitate Customer Focus Team meetings to align resources, resolve challenges, and drive program success Monitor and report critical performance metrics including delivery performance, cost management, quality indicators, and customer satisfaction scores Optimize inventory management, support demand forecasting, and proactively reduce supply chain risks Lead change management processes and ensure seamless cross-functional communication Support financial forecasting, backlog analysis, and monitor accounts receivable and tariff implications Organize and lead Quarterly Business Reviews with customers to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities Identify and develop additional sales opportunities within existing customer accounts Partner with sales teams to develop compelling proposals, quotes, and program expansion strategies Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer value and reduce operational costs What We're Looking For Essential Qualifications 1+ years of program management experience in any industry Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Strategic mindset with strong organizational and time management abilities Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field Experience in electronics manufacturing, EMS, or similar technical manufacturing environment Knowledge of PCBA, box build, and electronic product lifecycles Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems Understanding of sales processes, value propositions, and account development strategies Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies Familiarity with quality standards such as
ISO 9001, ISO
