Job Description

Overview Join us as an Adaptive Shooting Program Coordinator and be a vital catalyst in empowering individuals through innovative adaptive shooting initiatives. In this paid role, you will lead the development, implementation, and management of dynamic shooting programs tailored for diverse populations, including those with physical or cognitive disabilities. Your energetic leadership will foster inclusive environments where participants can build confidence, improve motor skills, and enjoy the therapeutic benefits of shooting sports. Duties Design and develop adaptive shooting programs that meet the unique needs of participants with various abilities. Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers and staff to ensure safe and engaging program delivery. Lead public speaking engagements to promote the program within local communities, schools, and partner organizations. Manage project timelines and coordinate resources to ensure smooth program operations and growth. Collect and analyze data on participant progress and program outcomes to inform continuous improvement efforts. Oversee social media channels and marketing efforts to raise awareness and expand outreach efforts. Facilitate fundraising activities and cultivate community partnerships to support program sustainability. Requirements Proven experience in volunteer management, supervising teams, or leading community programs. Strong background in public speaking, social media management, and marketing strategies. Knowledge of program development, project management, and data collection techniques. Experience with medical terminology and/or 2 years' experience as a Rehabilitation Aide is highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams and manage multiple priorities effectively. Administrative experience including recruiting volunteers or staff, organizing events, or managing budgets. Excellent communication skills with a passion for teaching and empowering others through innovative programs. Pay:
Up to $47,500.00 per year
