A well-established and respected non-profit organization in the Manassas, Virginia area is seeking a relationship-focused professional to join their team in a key member-facing role. This position offers the opportunity to serve as a central point of connection, supporting engagement efforts, strengthening relationships, and contributing to overall growth and retention initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while working both independently and collaboratively. Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset are essential. What You'll Do Serve as a primary point of contact for members, guiding them on benefits, programs, and opportunities Execute member engagement and retention strategies through calls, emails, meetings, and outreach Monitor engagement and proactively support at-risk members Plan and coordinate events such as orientations, ribbon cuttings, and member programs Maintain accurate member data and ensure timely communication across the team Support membership growth by identifying prospective members and partners Assist with sponsorship opportunities and member investment initiatives Actively participate in events and engage with members What My Client Is Looking For Strong interpersonal and communication skills-you're a natural relationship builder Experience in customer service, membership engagement, sales, or account management Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn CRM/database systems A proactive mindset with a passion for helping others succeed
