Great Hill is seeking a Program Managerto support a project with DHA and the Armed Services Blood Program in Falls Church, VA. Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Maintain and facilitate lines of communication across the client interface, at the senior levels of the client's organization,and with company partnerships. Meet with customer and contractor personnel to formulate andreview task plans and deliverable items. Provide assistance to the organization in developingmission and vision statements and subsequent goal delineation. Works with assigned personnelto provide guidance for building operational plans and specifying measurable outcomes toinclude capital outlay planning efforts and prioritizes those initiatives to meet strategic goals.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in English, Communication or related field Minimum of three years Program Management experience Experience working with DOD military or civilian customers Possesses the ability to organize, direct, manage and review technical aspects of deliverables, involving multiple complex and related project tasksDesired Skills:
Experience with blood banking, blood safety or blood regulations is preferredEqual Opportunity Statement:
