Ignite is seeking driven, detail-oriented Program Integrators to join our team supporting ASA(ALT) modernization initiatives at multiple Program Acquisition Executive (PAE) headquarters, including Ft. Belvoir, VA; Huntsville, AL; Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD; Detroit, MI. Positions are on-site.
Job Requirements:
Position Overview Support senior Army acquisition leadership by coordinating transition of emerging technologies into acquisition programs and portfolios. Working with Program Acquisition Executives (PAEs), program offices, and engineering organizations, this role helps identify transition opportunities and ensure promising capabilities move from experimentation and prototypes into programs of record. Key Responsibilities Track portfolio activities and identify cross‑program integration challenges. Engage with Product Managers and program staff to assess transition feasibility. Support planning for acquisition decision events and portfolio reviews. Prepare briefings and decision support materials for PAE and ASA(ALT) leadership.
Required Qualifications Experience:
15 years (SME), 10 years (Senior)
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or relevant field Experience supporting ACAT or major acquisition programs, Urgent Operational Needs, and/or adaptive acquisition programs Strong understanding of Army acquisition processes and program office operations
Clearance:
Secret Desired Qualifications DAWIA Program Management, Engineering, Logistics, or Business certification and/or similar industry certification Former acquisition professional or operational officer with program office experience. Background in rapid capability development or technology demonstrations. Experience working within a Program Executive Office/PAE or Army/Service headquarters Former DoD/service acquisition professional (i.e.- Product Manager, Deputy Product Manager, Program Integrator) DAWIA certification or equivalent acquisition workforce experience

Top Secret Additional Information Expected Travel:
25-40% (CONUS and OCONUS) US Citizenship
