HII's Mission Technologies division is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions that advance national security and defense objectives. This role is part of a current proposal scheduled to start in 2026. Salary range based on backgrond, skills, experience and education. Mgr PM 1: $116,329

  • $ 305,596 Essential Job Responsibilities Responsible for the profit and loss and technical aspects of a program(s) generating profitable revenue and fee for the company.
Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. Program may be based out of a single location utilizing established technologies requiring standard application to provide solutions to a variety of technical problems. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Develops new business or expands services with the customer. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in business administration, economics, computer science, engineering, or relevant degree. Additional four (4) years of relevant experience allowed in lieu of degree Ten (10) years relevant program/project management experience, with at least three (3) years managing similarly complex multi-capability, geographically distributed projects for a program value of at least $20M per year Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP or equivalent) Certification Active

Up to 10% travel expected to CONUS sites Preferred Requirements Developing and managing project planning, schedules, milestones, resources, and tasks to align project velocity with target delivery dates for large-scale, secure Enterprise. networks and information systems in accordance with Government, DoD, and U.S. Army regulations. Engaging with diverse stakeholders and aligning multidisciplinary teams to deliver IT solutions based on technical and functional requirements. Drafting and executing Project Management Plans for large-scale Enterprise IT environments, including project coordination and deployment. Excellent analytical, technical, communication, planning, presentation, and organizational skills with the ability to articulate new ideas and concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences, internal teams, senior leaders, vendors, partners, customers, and stakeholders.
