The Memory Care Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to residents within the memory care unit. This position serves as the primary point of responsibility for all residents in memory care, overseeing daily operations, staff performance, and coordination of care services. The Supervisor works closely with healthcare providers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support residents physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being.

In addition, this role partners with the Life Enrichment team to ensure that residents experience a meaningful daily flow ofengagementthrough the Twenty/20 Signature Memory Care programs.

The Manager helps guide staff in integrating purposeful engagement into all aspects of care, fostering a culture where connection and quality of life are central to the resident experience.

The Memory Care Manager may be a licensed nurse qualified to act as a main support in the absence of the Health and Wellness Director.

Administrative support for clinical leadership, and on-call or rotating support as a main clinical POC or communication liaison during staffing constraints, holidays or other coverage support needed is required.
