Description:
This position requires TS/SCI with Polygraph. We are seeking a seasoned, motivated Program Manager to lead two information technology integration and sustainment programs based in King of Prussia, PA or Herndon, VA, supporting team members and customers in the
INDOPACOM/ASIAPAC
area of responsibility. As the PM, you will drive cost, schedule and technical execution across your active programs, as well as support proposal planning and development activities for follow-on and associated business. As PM, you will:
  • Cultivate productive internal and external customer and partner relationships
  • Establish and manage program baselines and performance
  • Lead cross-functional teams of US-based and expatriate team members
  • Lead internal and external program reviews, risk and opportunity management activities and weekly IPT meetings with the customer and team
Basic Qualifications:
  • Program or project management experience and ability to obtain a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • IT experience with systems integration, administration, knowledge of storage, networking, information security and geographic information systems (GIS)-related data
  • Experience managing scope, schedule contract deliverables and various types of contracts (e.g. FFP, CP, T&M, etc)
  • Willingness to travel internationally (~10% of the time)
  • US Citizenship with a Top Secret Clearance, SCI eligibility, and Counter Intelligence (CI)
Polygraph Desired Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/combined education
  • Five years of program management experience
  • DevSecOps background with a history of driving automation and transformation
  • Working knowledge of Atlassian Jira/Confluence and agile implementation
  • Knowledge of procurement and SCM/Supply Chain
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Prior CAM experience and/or knowledge of EVM
  • Experience with all phases of program lifecycle from opportunity shaping to close-out
  • Capture management or proposal experience
  • Experience leading geographically dispersed teams
  • Outstanding communication skills (interpersonal, written, presentation)

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
