This role is expected to be full time on site in a classified environment. Some tele-work may be permitted based on program requirements. This role will be based in Manassas, VA. Any candidates must be located in the area or willing to relocate.

THE WORK
This position will lead the development of Integrated Master Schedules and Integrated Master Plans. You should possess extensive experience with Planning and scheduling and have demonstrated the ability to work effectively in a leadership role. You will provide direct support to the Program Manager for the execution of current and future business goals, contract execution on multiple contracts, customer objectives and formulation of new business strategies. Determines customer requirements and translates these into organizational plans which include the development of SOWs, WBS, IMP, IMS, Risk Assessments, Schedule Metric generation and reporting, and all activities related to execution of the Program. You will have a high level overview of the Program and will proactively address schedule conflicts and plan execution. You must interface with a multi-discipline team, Program Managers, Cost Account Managers, external Customers and Subcontractors. You should have ability to consolidate detailed schedule data into management level reporting.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Earned Value Management skills, advanced integrated cost/schedule management experience
  • Microsoft Project / Open Plan Knowledge including Integrated Master Schedule and Integrated Master Plan development and integration expertise to drive actions resulting in improved program performance.
  • Experience developing strong relationships with Program Management, Customers, Functional Leads, and Subcontractor partners
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work well in team environment
  • Experiences delivering project briefings to internal and external customers
Please Note:
This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance; US Citizenship is required.
Desired Skills:
  • Agile schedule development experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Integrated Program Management Report Data Item Description (IPMR & IPMDAR DIDs)
  • Experience with major Subcontractor integration within a Prime Contractor's Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
  • Critical Path Methodology; Schedule Risk Assessment and Analysis; Risk & Opportunity Management
  • Experience with the capture/proposal management process - development and management of capture / proposal schedules
  • Experience working on a program that has DCMA Customer oversight

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
