POSITION TITLE

LEARNING DESIGN AND DELIVERY - 250 DAY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION/REQUIREMENTS
This position will remain open until filled. The next screening of applications will take place at 8 a.m. on Friday, June 12, 2026. An essential function of this position is the ability to work in person and physically report for work on site.
JOB SUMMARY
This leadership role within the Professional Learning Department involves collaborating with other PWCS central office departments to ensure high-quality professional learning for all division staff, that aligns to national standards, engages adult learners, reflects division priorities and the strategic plan, and fosters conditions for student success. Key responsibilities include supporting professional learning initiatives under the director s guidance, requiring expertise in adult learning, instructional leadership, supervision, communication, and project management, as well as participating in special projects as directed by division or executive leadership. Additionally, this position oversees projects, resource allocation, action plans, and staff to meet short and long-term goals related to professional learning and student learning. This leadership role will work with various division departments to design and deliver high-quality professional learning for employees. Collaborative relationships with school, division, and external agency personnel are essential to supporting the Professional Learning Department s purpose.
Job Description SALARY:
Grade 17
Salary Range:
$114,605 - $185,777 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package
