Job Description:

We are looking for Program and Policy Officers (Executive Officers), at all levels, to join our intelligence program supporting a key government sponsor in Northern Virginia! This posting is for multiple opportunities ranging in years of experience. Applicants will be evaluated and placed in a level from 2-5 based off their experience and customer feedback after multiple assessments. The officer shall possess the following capabilities: Ability to conduct research and prepare responses to support intelligence operations and decision-making. Experience in intelligence operations/analysis/support to field operations. Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices. Strong briefing and writing skills as well as the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

Level 3 Seven (7) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree Tradecraft-related work experience D emonstrated ability to research and analyze Strong analytic writing and editing skills Active security clearance with appropriate Polygraph Level 4 Twelve (12) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree Tradecraft-related work experience D emonstrated ability to research and analyze Strong analytic writing and editing skills Active security clearance with appropriate Polygraph Level 5 Twenty (20) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree Tradecraft-related work experience D emonstrated ability to research and analyze Strong analytic writing and editing skills Active security clearance with appropriate Polygraph •Five (5) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a college degree •

Desired Qualifications:

Certification in sponsor basic tradecraft courses Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph.
