Good Life Corporation is seeking an experienced, mission-driven Program Director to oversee residential programs for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is a key leadership role for someone who can balance quality, compliance, and people leadership —while keeping services truly person-centered. What You'll Do Lead and support multiple programs to ensure high-quality, compliant, person-centered services Supervise and develop Program Coordinators , building strong, accountable teams Oversee ISP development, quarterly reviews, and outcomes tracking Ensure readiness for DBHDS licensing, audits, and documentation standards Monitor incidents, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement Participate in on-call rotation and provide leadership support as needed Step in to support programs directly when necessary What We're Looking For Experience in IDD services (3-5+ years preferred) Leadership or management experience (2+ years) Strong understanding of DBHDS regulations and waiver services Ability to coach, hold accountability, and build team culture Organized, responsive, and confident in decision-making Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) Valid driver's license & ability to pass background checks Why Join Good Life?
