Job Description
Accountable for the development and implementation of access-related programs and the transition of programs from new initiatives to operational norms. Responsible for creating or modifying applicable policies; developing workflows in Visio and standard operating procedures with appropriate tip sheets for all areas of responsibility. Serves as project manager for projects within scope of responsibility to ensure program is developed, communications for key stakeholders are defined, prepared and executed and training is planned and executed for all impacted team members. Provides effective leadership to a unit of activities, processes, or resources Models effective communication and collaboration skills / behaviors. Takes action to achieve measurable results. Supports innovation and organizational change to improve effectiveness. Manages within approved budget Applies knowledge of functional area to effectively manage operations. Responsible and accountable for meeting external and/or internal customers needs In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelor's degree in related healthcare or business area required. Master's degree preferred.Experience:
Minimum three (3) years experience in healthcare setting, and in Access preferred.Licensure:

This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs. The starting base rate for this role is $61,462.00 annually.
