This position has a positive Education Requirement in addition to at least one year of Specialized Experience or substitution of education for experience or combination (if applicable) in order to be found minimally qualified. Degree:
behavioral or social science; or related disciplines appropriate to the position. OR Combination of education and experience that provided the applicant with knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field. OR Four years of appropriate experience that demonstrated that the applicant has acquired knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field. AND To qualify at the GS- 13 grade level, your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 grade level in the federal sector. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. Examples of specialized experience include performing the following types of tasks on a regular basis. experience providing clinical and technical oversight of a human services or behavioral health program, including consultation on high-risk cases, multidisciplinary coordination, and application of professional standards in a military or comparable organization. Experience developing, interpreting, or implementing program policy, SOPs, Technical Directives, or quality assurance processes, including audits, peer reviews, and corrective action planning to ensure compliance with federal or organizational requirements. Experience planning, delivering, or overseeing standardized training programs, credentialing processes, or professional development for clinical or human-services staff across multiple locations. Experience working in domestic violence, child maltreatment, interpersonal violence, or trauma-informed care, including assessment, case management, referrals, and coordination with legal, medical, and protective services. Experience collaborating with senior leaders, commanders, legal staff, medical providers, and external agencies to resolve complex programmatic or operational issues. NOTE:
