Group Home Operations Manager Penn Laird, VA | CJ Designs, Inc. | Full-Time Leadership Role CJ Designs is seeking a strong, hands-on leader to oversee residential group home operations and guide teams delivering high-quality, person-centered care to individuals with developmental disabilities. This role is ideal for a confident manager who leads from the front, holds teams accountable, and understands both people leadership and regulatory responsibility . Leadership Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily operations across group home programs Directly supervise managers and direct support staff Set clear expectations, coach performance, and address challenges proactively Ensure full compliance with state regulations and licensing standards Oversee staffing strategy, on-call coverage, and emergency response Drive quality, safety, and consistency across programs Ideal Candidate Proven leader with 3-5 years of residential or group home management experience Strong regulatory and compliance knowledge Decisive, organized, and comfortable making tough calls Collaborative, mission-driven, and solutions-focused

Compensation & Benefits Salary:

Up to $70,000 (based on experience) $5,000 sign-on bonus after probationary period Health insurance, PTO, mileage reimbursement,
