Program Manager (PM) Radford, VA (On-Site) IPTA's Technology Solutions Team is passionate about providing our customers with technical solutions that satisfy their business needs. Smart people with a passion for technology Ability to solve challenging business problems Self-directed professionals Hunger to continually learn and grow Position Summary IPTA is seeking an experienced On-Site Program Manager to lead all aspects of contract execution for a large-scale IT Services Support (ITSS) with PEO EIS. The Program Manager will serve as the primary interface with the Government customer, manage key personnel, and ensure full compliance with Performance Work Statement requirements. Responsibilities Serve as the single point of contact for all contractual matters with the Government Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer Representative Provide overall leadership, direction, and management of contract operations Manage, mentor, and develop key personnel and technical staff Develop and execute program management plans, schedules, and budgets Ensure compliance with all contract deliverables, performance metrics, and Service Level Agreements Conduct risk management and mitigation planning Prepare and deliver program status briefings to senior Government and company leadership Coordinate with subcontractors and teaming partners to ensure integrated service delivery Implement ITIL-based service management processes Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements and Army regulations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 10 years of IT program management experience Minimum 5 years managing large-scale DoD IT services contracts ($50M+ annually) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification ITIL v4 Foundation certification Demonstrated experience managing teams of 50+ technical personnel Strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Active Security Clearance Required Desired Qualifications Master's degree in related field Experience with Army PEO EIS or
