Job Description

Title :
Program Manager - Federal Operations Work location : Chantilly, VA 20598 OR Reston, VA 20191

Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Duration of contract : 5 years
Job Responsibilities :
Perform and support all tasks under the work order and serve as the task manager for all activities in the contractor personnel labor categories Perform adequate resource planning and staffing Serve as the main government point of contact; Meet the COR and designated program POC's on a recurring basis (as determined by the COR) to demonstrate progress and provide status updates of assignments Provide management and technical oversight for all projects ensuring quality and best practices are applied Perform quality assurance reviews and timeliness of deliverables Provide recommendations for improvements, efficiencies, and alignment of expectations with strategic goals and objectives Assist with briefings, presentations, training, and activities to support this program Monitoring and reporting of risks associated with this order Develop operational knowledge and functional understanding of the DHS Worksite Enforcement program
Requirements :
Masters (MA/MS) or Bachelors (BA/BS) degree is required and preferred to be in Business, Management, Policy, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or a similar field. At least 10 years of experience with Masters or 15 years of experience with a bachelor's degree.
Preferred:
Professional certifications (i.e. CPA, CFA, PMP, Data Programming). Demonstrated knowledge and application in the areas of administrative policies, audits, program management, federal contract management, and financial management. Experience in . Key personnel should have a minimum of 2 years Experience managing personnel, problem solving, critical thinking, and triaging workload is critical.
Benefits :
Base salary based on job, experience and skill level. Health benefits include medical, dental, and vision plans. 401(k) with 4% company match. 10 days Paid time off (PTO) and eleven (11) paid federal holidays.
Pay:
