  • Key Responsibilities
  • In close collaboration with program stakeholders, author program charters defining scope, timelines, OKRs, resourcing, risks, and dependencies.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, breaking initiatives into discrete phases with clearly identified risks and dependencies.
  • Document program team roles and responsibilities across projects.
  • Create stakeholder maps, identify misalignment, and proactively coordinate resolution.
  • Collect and synthesize program progress data from stakeholders.
  • Maintain project trackers, RAID logs, and status reports.
  • Identify and execute program tasks aligned with Product Excellence, Inclusion, and Brand Trust principles.
  • Collect data to inform mitigations, postmortems, and escalation reporting.
  • Facilitate effective meetings, ensuring clear outcomes and action-item tracking.
  • Create and deliver clear, structured program communications in partnership with stakeholders.
  • Ensure communications are visible, organized, and accessible to relevant audiences.
  • Tailor communication style to stakeholder levels and needs.
  • organizational change initiatives and promote solution adoption.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and apply best practices to enhance delivery effectiveness

    • $82.
