Job Description

EHR Program Specialist Location
  • Richmond VA Duration-6 months, with potential extension up to 12 months Interview
  • In person Pay Rate
  • 40.
00/hr on w2 without benefits Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours per week) Richmond preferred, with travel required across the state

: Accommodations available for a fee 1 Yes (Driving required; access to the State Fleet will be provided) Mandatory prior to assignment start The EHR Program Assistant reports to the EHR Business Owner and supports the Health Districts, end-users and EHR Team. Acts as a central point of contact for coordination and management of device and peripheral distribution, installation, testing and trouble shooting.. Responsible for analyzing device, peripheral and connectivity needs, coordinating and scheduling meetings for the EHR Team, provide weekly status reports on organizational activities and progress. Provides support to all site-readiness activities related to Electronic Health Record implementation and go-live events. Must have the ability to travel to Local Health Department sites approximately 50%. Application & Technical Support Provides Diverse Support for devices, peripherals and end-user access of the EHR as part of Site Readiness Develop metrics using different tools for operational support Develop surveys and questionnaires using appropriate tools and services Prepares status, tracking and reporting deliverables as required Coordinates/prepares materials and presentations Coordinates EHR project readiness activities Identifies and solve routine problems utilizing other resources as necessary Provides support to CIO's leadership team Develops, maintains, and leads virtual and on-site readiness activities Manages and prioritizes daily/monthly activities to support implementation Mayank Tiwari (MT) InfiCare Staffing | 22375 Broderick Drive #225 Dulles, VA 20166
