  • Full-time Innovative Technologies Corporation (ITC) is seeking a Senior Program Manager for a contingent position supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) Integrated Mission and Unified Acquisitions (IMUA) GEOINT Ground effort.
The Senior Program Manager will serve as the Contractor Program Manager (CPM) and be responsible for directing, managing, and administering all contractor activities, including leadership of a contractor team of up to approximately 130 personnel. This individual will act as the primary management point of contact for NGA and will oversee performance, staffing, subcontractor coordination, schedule, budget, and deliverable execution. This position is contingent upon contract award (anticipated December 2026). Daily onsite support is required. Approximately 10% travel is expected. Clearance Requirements Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree Minimum of ten (10) years of DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) program management experience supporting acquisition, financial, business operations, or program management functions Minimum of five (5) years of IC program management experience managing large, classified, onsite programs (NGA experience preferred) Experience managing programs of similar size and scope, including subcontractor management Strong understanding of program execution, staffing, risk management, schedule management, and deliverable oversight Strong written and verbal communication skills Desired Qualifications Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent Experience supporting NGA or GEOINT-related programs Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contractor management point of contact for NGA Government stakeholders (e.g., COR, ACOR, PMO) Direct, manage, and administer all contractor activities, ensuring performance within established budget, schedule, and contract requirements Lead and oversee all contractor personnel supporting the

Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$160,000
  • $195,000 based on experience.
Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 10 days PTO, and 7 days sick leave. Additional benefits available. This is a contingent position predicated on ITC winning the contract.
