Program Manager

Saalex Corporation is seeking multiple Program Manager in Tidewater, VA and San Diego, CA. Position Type:

Contingent on Contract Award.

Salary:

$95k-$160k (depending on experience) The Program Manager leads overall program execution, overseeing cost, schedule, performance, and risk across all task areas supporting global LVC environments.

Essential Functions:

Lead end-to-end program execution across all SOW task areas. Manage cost, schedule, performance, and risk at the program level. Oversee PMRs, reporting, and contract deliverables. Ensure compliance with DoD/Navy policies and contractual requirements. Direct workforce planning, staffing, and performance management. Coordinate with Government stakeholders and senior leadership. Drive strategic planning, continuous improvement, and mission success. Other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements Required:

12+ years of experience in program/project management or related field. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience managing or supporting complex IT or engineering programs/projects. Knowledge of project management principles (cost, schedule, risk). Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, DAWIA PM).

Desired:

Experience supporting DoD or Navy programs. Familiarity with EVM and program reporting. Experience with PM tools (MS Project, Excel, Power BI).

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex environments.

Security Clearance:

Must be eligible to obtain a Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance. Active clearances preferred.
