We're looking for a person who thrives on building relationships, enjoys public speaking, and naturally makes others feel valued and informed. As an Account Manager, you'll be the face of Legal Resources managing a portfolio of employer groups, ensuring employees understand and use their benefits while maintaining strong partnerships with HR teams, brokers, and benefit administrators. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in hospitality, sales, or customer engagement who excel at communication, organization, and creating positive experiences. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and Maintain Relationships:
Serve as the primary point of contact for approximately 90 client accounts, nurturing relationships with HR leaders, benefits staff, and brokers. Drive Engagement:
Develop creative strategies to increase employee participation and benefit utilization within client groups. Conduct Presentations:
Deliver engaging, informative presentations both virtually and in-person at client meetings, employee orientations, and benefit fairs. Ensure Client Success:
Monitor client satisfaction and retention, resolve issues quickly, and proactively identify ways to enhance value for clients. Collaborate Across Teams:
Work closely with internal departments and brokers to coordinate communications, marketing updates, and renewal activities. Represent the Brand:
Attend regional events, benefit fairs, and client sessions as a professional ambassador for Legal Resources. Organize and Execute:
Manage schedules, plan logistics, track participation data, and maintain accurate records in CRM and reporting tools. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Education/Experience:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of experience in account management, hospitality, sales, or customer success preferred. Required:
Multi-region driving and ability to travel as needed. Exceptional Interpersonal Skills:
You enjoy meeting new people, listening to their needs, and making meaningful connections. Strong Communication Abilities:
Confident public speaker and clear, engaging communicator (written and verbal). Organizational Excellence:

Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (travel required). Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. for event materials and setup. Must complete Certified Identity Protection Advisor (CIPA) training within 90 days of hire. COMPANY CULTURE
