Cryobank Program Coordinator

Virginia Beach, VA | Full-time | On-site CryoGenesis, a division of Procreate Fertility Services, is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Program Coordinator to support our cryobank program. This role works closely with both donors and recipients, ensuring a smooth, organized, and compliant process. Key Responsibilities Respond to patient and donor inquiries via phone and email Guide recipients through donor selection and program steps Coordinate donor applications, screenings, and scheduling Manage donor records, profiles, and inventory Coordinate specimen shipments with partner facilities Ensure compliance with FDA and HIPAA standards Collaborate with internal teams, including lab, marketing, and accounting Qualifications Experience in a medical, fertility, or healthcare setting preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Close attention to detail and the ability to multitask Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday On-site in
