PROGRAM LEADER (PART-TIME)Location:
Virginia Beach, VA Pay:
$13-$15/hourSchedule:
Part-Time | 25-29 hours weekly PeopleShare is hiring energetic and dependable Program Leaders to support youth programs and activities for children ages 6-18.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead engaging activities and programs for youth
- Maintain a safe and positive environment
- Supervise children during activities and recreation
- Encourage participation and positive behavior
- Support education, wellness, arts, sports, and leadership programs
- Communicate effectively with families and team members
- Assist with daily program setup and organization
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working with youth preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and engage children
- Dependable, positive, and team-oriented
- CPR/First Aid certification required within 3 months
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
