CE/CV. POSITION SUMMARY
Job Description:
ANASEC, Inc. is seeking an experienced professional to work as a Deputy Program Manager (DPM) at the FBI's Enterprise Vetting Center (EVC). The DPM will directly support the Program Manager in managing ANASEC's analytical support services to the FBI Information Management Division's EVC Vetting Branch. In this role, the DPM will direct ANASEC's team and ensure operational coverage for all critical areas to meet the requirements and priorities identified by EVC leadership. The DPM will assist with assessing, managing, and eliminating risk related to schedule and performance; and provide a full range of supervisory responsibilities, such as the assignment of work, setting priorities, coaching, evaluating individual and organizational performance, and training. The DPM will project short/long term strategic planning and prepare justifications to support resource requirements.
  • Manages a team of Research Analysts that carry out the vetting and analysis of records databases in support of U.S. Government Agencies.
  • In the absence of the PM, serves as ANASEC's primary point of contact with the FBI Contracts Officer and the Contracts Officer's Representative.
  • Identifies rules, principles, or relationships that explain facts, data, or other information, and draws logical conclusions. Analyzes and provides solutions to complex problems.
  • Applies systems acquisition processes, policies, procedures, and practices necessary to develop and assess technical and economic feasibility, including cost, schedule, and performance.
  • Researches, plans, coordinates, and briefs actions in support of leadership's goals, objectives, and vision.
  • Works with and across executive staffs, joint staffs, commands, and agencies.
  • Provides data-driven metrics and analysis to support decision-making for the organization.
  • Employs all aspects of quality project management, including risk management, scheduling and cost control, quality assurance, change management and resource management.
  • Exercises quality control measures over Contractor staff to deliver services and products on budget and schedule per PWS requirements. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 3 years or more in all facets of program management (budget, schedule, quality, and risk).
  • At least five (3) years of experience over the past ten (10) years (two (2) years of experience within the last four (4) years) directly
  • related to the vetting and analysis of U.S. Government records and databases.
  • Three (3) years in a specialty related to vetting and analysis of records being managed which includes scheduling and supervising project personnel.
Job Type:
Full-time, Monday through Friday in the office in Winchester, Virginia.
Pay:
$120,000 per year.
