Program Manager - Work for Warriors (VTARNG)

Full-Time Overview A-Team Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Vermont Army National Guard (VTARNG) Work for Warriors (WFW) Program. This role oversees program operations that provide employment, career transition, and support services to Service Members, Veterans, Reservists, and their families. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day program operations and staff Oversee employment outreach, job placement, and career services Serve as primary liaison to VTARNG leadership and stakeholders Monitor performance metrics, reporting, and quality control Manage multi-channel support services, including a toll-free call line Build partnerships with employers and community organizations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Management, or related field 5+ years of experience in program management, workforce development, or veteran services Experience advising senior leadership and managing operations Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills Experience with tracking systems and call center or support services preferred Interested, qualified candidates can apply on Indeed or send their resume to Lisa Benjamin at lbenjamin@a-teamsolutions.com
