Role:

The EPIC Program Coordinator serves as the site leader at Rutland High School, guiding the development of engaging, innovative afterschool and summer programming that inspires students to explore, learn, and grow.

This role is ideal for a passionate educator and leader who is committed to: Advancing student learning and achievementCollaborating with school leadership and teaching staffStrengthening continuity between middle and high school programmingCreating meaningful opportunities for students to build transferable life skillsKey ResponsibilitiesLead the daily operations of afterschool and summer programsDesign and implement creative, student-centered enrichment opportunitiesRecruit, supervise, and support program staffFoster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environmentEnsure compliance with grant requirementsBuild strong relationships with families, school staff, and community partnersPromote programs and expand student participation

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred35 years of leadership experience, including staff supervisionExperience working with youth in a school or related settingStrong leadership, collaboration, and organizational skillsA clear vision for high-quality afterschool and summer programming aligned with school initiatives

Schedule:

School-year programming follows the school calendarThe six-week summer program operates approximately 40 hours per week
