Pay range:
Salary$146,557.00 - $219,835.00 Overlake Clinics is seeking a Physician Assistant - Program Coordinator to support its Comprehensive Spine Program. This role will provide strategic and operational leadership for a high-acuity, hospital-based spine program within a tertiary medical center. The Program Coordinator will oversee coordination of multidisciplinary spine care across the continuum, including diagnostics, surgical and non-surgical treatments, perioperative care, rehabilitation, and follow-up. This role will partner closely with clinical and operational leaders to drive exceptional outcomes, patient experience, and program performance. This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) role that will involve a combination of clinical work and program development responsibilities.
Qualifications Required:
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program Board certified/eligible Washington PA license by time of hire 7+ years of progressive healthcare management/program coordinator experience, preferably in surgical services or a complex service line environment Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary clinical programs in an acute care or tertiary setting Strong knowledge of hospital operations and quality improvement
Preferred:
Master's degree (MHA, MBA, MSN, MSHS MPH, or related) Experience with spine, neurosurgery, orthopedics, or neurosciences service lines Familiarity with tertiary referral models and high-acuity patient populations Experience with outcomes registries, performance benchmarking, and value-based care initiatives Why join Overlake?
