Manage workflow intake from surveys, Slack, office hours, and team conversations; prioritize work, manage change, and negotiate deadlines and deliverables with stakeholders. Help teams find recurring workflows worth building, and partner with AI Enablement Engineers to scope first wins. Coordinate AI workflow sessions, small-group support, office hours, and follow-ups, and keep stakeholders informed. Identify risks and blockers, track them, drive consensus on mitigation, and raise issues to senior team members when needed. Define adoption KPIs and partner with operations to implement tracking and post-launch reporting. Define process-improvement plans that match the cadence of the business and the team's goals. Create regular updates for leaders and teams, and make shared wins visible so teams learn from each other. Package early wins into playbooks, examples, templates, and repeatable motions other teams adopt.

Hands-on experience using and building with AI tools (agents, prompts, Copilot, automation) in your own work. Experience building operating rhythms, intake systems, dashboards, playbooks, or enablement programs.
