Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end program management across strategic initiatives aligned with leadership priorities Act as a central coordination point across business and operational teams to track progress and drive execution Lead preparation and execution of leadership reviews, including business updates, presentations, and insights Manage rhythm of business (ROB): weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews, ensuring clear tracking of actions and outcomes Drive structured communication across stakeholders and leadership, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely decision-making Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps; proactively drive mitigation and resolution Support leadership in planning, prioritization, and operational governance Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure consistent engagement across teams
