A degree in social work, or closely related field and 1 years of experience working with children, Or 3 years of successful full-time experience in a relevant field working with children or youth Ability to accommodate night and weekend hours Key Responsibilities Act as on-site coordinator when Program Manager is not present (W, TH, F evenings and weekends) Fulfill regularly scheduled direct-care shifts (evenings and weekends) Ensure the children are safe and make provisions to meet their physical needs (food, clothing, rest, etc.) Ensure that program is following WAC guidelines, fire codes, and health department standards Coordinate in-kind donations for The Landing Oversee non-direct care volunteers at The Landing Ensure The Landing is clean, stocked, and well organized at the start of each week Partner with Program Manager to train and support volunteers, interns, and overnight staff Complete administrative tasks when children are not present Hours Full time On Call hours: W, Th, F (5pm-midnight)Saturday and Sunday Compensation Starting:
