Our American entity, Bucher Aerospace Corp. is located in Everett, WA. Here we produce a variety of interior parts, e.g. table mechanisms, IFE deployment systems, aircraft seating parts, and other kinematics. We serve the commercial aircraft sector as well as the private and business jet industry. Our programs are crucial to incorporate customer specific requirements into our products. Our Program Manager/Coordinator plays an important role by acting as the primary interface with the customer and by finalizing programs on time and within budget while meeting internal and external customer needs. The main responsibilities will consist of:
  • Reviews and accepts sales and change orders, resolving lead time, material availability and customer requirements to establish delivery schedule.
  • Interfaces and coordinates across all disciplines (production, purchasing, etc.) to ensure timely and efficient program completion.
  • Schedules and leads all major program milestone meetings both internally and externally.
  • Tracks time, budgets vs actuals costs, the implementation of all technical requirements, and coordinates with our supply chain management to deliver products.
  • Accurately builds and maintains schedules, risk management and cost analysis reports.

Requirements:
  • Work independently and self-directed.

  • Ability to work in efficiently & effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in program management within a design engineering and manufacturing environment.

  • Proficient at Microsoft Office applications.
