For more information about our company please visit our website: www.ambitions.org Our Kennewick program is currently hiring for a Program Coordinator position. This is an entry-level management position that requires an individual to provide assistance & supervision to employees and clients in our supported living program. The Program Coordinator is directly responsible for the implementation of instruction and support services in compliance with WA State laws and regulations, as well as compliance with Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) and Ambitions of Washington policies and procedures. Primary duties include coordinating and scheduling client services; staff training and scheduling; maintaining and updating client and employee records; and providing daily onsite supervision of client support services. Position requires that the employee be able to respond to emergencies and solve problems on a day-to-day basis. The Program Coordinator reports to the Program Manager and Program Supervisor and may act in the absence of the Program Manager.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-years experience working in a Supported Living Program or closely related field,
  • OR Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Human Services Field, or an RN licensed to practice in WA State,
  • OR Bachelor's Degree or higher in a non human services field, AND a minimum of 2 years DD experience as a manager responsible for service plan development and implementation.
  • Other Employment requirements: Possess a valid WA state Driver's License, a vehicle to use daily for work purposes (mileage reimbursement provided), proof of auto insurance, and ability to pass a criminal background check. Required to be on-call and carry a cell phone. COVID Precaution(s)
  • Masks and personal protective equipment required and provided

  • Additional hourly hazard pay for all hours worked in a positive client household during the pandemic emergency
