13 paid days per year Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, a related field or equivalent practical experience. 15 years of experience managing technical projects in the cloud or silicon development industries. 10 years of experience leading teams within technical program management or engineering management or equivalent roles. Experience with the domain area of Generative AI, Large Language Models, Agents and AI Workflow tools.Preferred qualifications:
Experience with enterprise programs and cloud technologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills. Deep technical expertise in systems and software with the leadership skills needed to influence technical leaders across the company. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $282,000-$392,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Manage development and delivery of Cloud AI programs and solutions. Provide both technical and organizational leadership. Be responsible for leading planning, execution, and delivery of internal and external programs and initiatives. Partner with senior leadership, engineering and product managers to ensure alignment with engineering and product priorities. Forecast program management resourcing requirements, while driving sublinear scaling at a rapid pace. Lead and inspire an organization of technical program managers drawn from several parts of the business, with a goal of driving predictable outcomes for our customers and business. Build a healthy, scalable and growth-oriented technical program management organization across multiple locations. Lead groups to streamline processes, simplify execution, manage OKRs, release on time, bring tooling efficiencies and help teams in execution.Similar remote jobs
