Summary:
This is a dynamic and multifaceted operational role that blends program execution with business management to support a fast-paced, high-impact gaming and entertainment ecosystem. The position is responsible for monitoring, tracking, and reporting on operational delivery while providing financial insights across process planning and performance management. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in end-to-end program ownership, third-party vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and establish scalable structure. This role requires someone who can independently drive complex, multi-workstream programs from day one, communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, and contribute meaningfully to operational excellence through data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement. Job Responsibilities:
Monitor dashboards and status reports to assess program health, identify blockers, and prioritize daily actions Triage incoming requests from third-party partners and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution Facilitate stand-ups and working sessions with cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, quality, and partner management to drive alignment on deliverables, timelines, and dependencies Track and communicate program milestones, risks, and escalations to appropriate stakeholders Update program documentation, drive action items to closure, and maintain stakeholder visibility into progress and blockers Coordinate issue resolution across teams in response to ad-hoc partner inquiries Maintain program artifacts including schedules, RACI matrices, and decision logs Prepare materials for leadership reviews and executive-level reporting Interface with clients on technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery Drive program and project schedules and produce regular status reports Create and review functional specifications used as decision-making tools for product or service implementation Provide Product Managers and Product Unit Managers with technical and analytical information Organize cross-functional activities to ensure programs are completed on schedule and within budget constraints Provide financial insights to support process planning and performance management Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of program or project management experience, with demonstrated ability to run complex programs independently from day one Minimum of 3 years of experience in third-party or vendor operations management, including managing external partners, SLAs, and performance frameworks Experience in operations, supply chain, or hardware and device environments preferred Background working within or alongside Microsoft or Xbox ecosystems is highly desirable Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred PMP or PgMP certification is a plus Proven ability to independently manage complex, multi-workstream programs with cross-functional dependencies Experience managing third-party vendors including SLA oversight, performance tracking, and escalation frameworks Strong cross-functional communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders Proficiency in data and reporting platforms such as Excel and Power BI Experience with project and work management tools such as Azure DevOps Ability to navigate ambiguity while establishing structure and scalable operational frameworks KPI development and tracking to support performance management Familiarity with AI technologies and current industry trends Knowledge of outsourced operations, BPO models, or staff augmentation delivery models Familiarity with gaming, consumer electronics, or device manufacturing environments is a strong advantage Additional Details:
