Program Manager

Job Title:

Program Manager Overview Program Manager responsible for leading projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role drives execution, ensures deadlines are met, and delivers data-driven insights through dashboard creation and reporting. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end projects, including scope, timelines, and deliverables Track progress, mitigate risks, and meet tight deadlines Create and enhance dashboards to monitor KPIs and project performance Provide regular status updates to leadership Partner with engineering teams and support work on the manufacturing floor Drive cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 4 to 7 years of experience Strong project or program management background Experience building dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) Manufacturing or production environment experience required Preferred Aerospace experience Strong data analysis and reporting skills Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $51.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
