Job Description
Own a portfolio of Culture and Learning programs as well as forums and communities, each managed end to end with defined goals, operating cadence, execution plans, and success measures. Responsibilities span both program design (strategy, structure, calendar, metrics) and program execution (workbacks, logistics, communications, delivery, retrospectives, and iteration).
Employee Engagement & Culture:
Build and operate the engagement rhythm that keeps the organization connected and energized. This includes morale moments, recognition, and community building programs aligned to what the team values and how it work; not one-off events, but a cohesive, year round system.Employee Signals & Organizational Health:
Own the listening and follow through system that turns employee sentiment into action. Drive participation, synthesize insights for leaders, and orchestrate clear action plans with measurable follow through, learning from others to build on what works and testing new ideas. Training & Development (Learning Culture): Embed learning into the operating rhythm of the organization. Create intentional learning experiences such as curated pathways, learning days, and targeted skill building moments aligned to business priorities and supported by operational execution.AI Adoption:
Drive end-to-end programmatic adoption of AI across the organization by building fluency, identifying high-value use cases, and scaling integration into core marketing workflows. Embed continuous learning into the operating rhythm through curated pathways, learning days, and targeted skill-building moments that connect AI capability development to business priorities. All Hands & Town Halls (Org Wide Rhythms): Plan and run recurring leadership forums that create clarity, reinforce priorities, and strengthen connection. Partner closely with communications to ensure narrative, content, and run of show are integrated and effective. Early inCareer & Internship Programs:
Own the end to end experience for early in career talent and interns, including onboarding, learning moments, leadership access, and operational delivery across the full lifecycle.New Hire Onboarding:
Design and run a consistent onboarding experience that enables new hires to integrate quickly and confidently. This includes setting clear milestones, and ensuring new teammates have the context, connections, and learning needed to succeed. Across all programs, the role produces clear artifacts and repeatable mechanisms (charters, calendars, workbacks, run of show documents, and metrics) to ensure programs scale and endure over time. Embody our Culture and Values Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 6+ years experience in operations management, strategy, project management, program management, culture/community building or business-related roles Master's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 8+ years experience in operations management, strategy, project management, program management, culture/community building or business-related roles OR Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 12+ years experience in operations management, strategy, project management, program management, culture/community building or business-related roles OR equivalent experience. Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross functional teams. Experience utilizing data/listening insights to drive continuous improvement. Experience operationalizing learning experiences within the flow of work. Experience leading programs. Experience leading/managing organizational town halls and team offsites. Experience connecting culture and learning to business priorities.
