SUMMARY This position supports school-based Site Coordinators (SCs) in planning and implementing the Communities In Schools student-centered model of integrated student support. This role emphasizes both high-quality service delivery and strong, accurate data collection and reporting to drive program impact.
Responsibilities:
  • Assess SC needs and provide ongoing technical assistance, coaching, and professional development.
  • Collaborate with SCs on program design, implementation, and improvement.
  • Conduct regular site visits and check-ins.
  • Oversee school needs assessments and annual site plans.
  • Monitor and support monthly data collection and entry.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to assess program impact.
  • Provide data insights to the Program Director.
  • Strengthen partnerships with schools and community providers.
  • Coordinate site visits for funders and stakeholders.
  • Participate in trainings and ensure compliance with CIS standards.
  • Oversee and manage our annual supply drives: backpack and hygiene.
Required Qualifications:
  • Three years of experience in program management.
  • Commitment to social justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
  • Innovative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Comfortable with public speaking.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with youth programming.
  • Familiarity with community agencies and social services.
  • Experience with family engagement and wraparound services.
  • Bilingual (Spanish preferred).
SALARY & BENEFITS
