It is contingent on funding and open until filled. Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) provides safe, affordable housing. We offer programs that help residents thrive. Many residents face challenges using technology. This creates barriers to tasks like applying for jobs, accessing healthcare, or staying connected. The Digital Skills Workshop Program helps close this gap by offering free, hands-on training at SHA sites. Our training increases confidence and opportunity. We provide laptops, smartphones, and support to make learning easy and welcoming. The member will lead small group sessions to teach basic computer skills, internet safety, and how to use important online tools.
