Job Description

Senior Supply Chain Artificial Intelligence Program Manager Company:
The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Supply Chain Artificial Intelligence (AI) Program Manager to join the team in Seattle, WA or Dallas, TX. The Senior Supply Chain Artificial Intelligence (AI) Program Manage will lead the execution coordination and operating rhythm for large, cross-functional AI programs supporting the Boeing Global Services (BGS) Supply Chain organization. This role is responsible for driving program transparency, managing status reporting, coordinating the execution operating model, supporting agile operations, and helping optimize team and delivery capacity across multiple AI initiatives. This position will serve as the central coordinator across product managers, delivery teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to bring together program information in a clear, concise, and decision-ready format. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in program management, agile operations, executive reporting, capacity optimization, workshop facilitation, AI analytics, technical fluency, and cross-functional coordination, along with the ability to coach product managers and help drive disciplined execution across multiple AI initiatives.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead program management activities for large-scale BGS Supply Chain AI programs, ensuring alignment across business, product, technology, and delivery teams Establish and maintain the program execution operating model, including governance, cadence, decision forums, and escalation paths Manage integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items across multiple workstreams Own the preparation of status reporting, executive summaries, steering committee materials, and leadership-ready communications Consolidate complex program information into clear, concise, and actionable updates for leadership and stakeholders Support agile operating rhythm across product and delivery teams, including sprint planning support, release coordination, backlog alignment, and operational readiness Coach and support product managers in program execution discipline, stakeholder communication, prioritization, and delivery management Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure program visibility, alignment, and timely issue resolution Track program health, identify blockers, and drive accountability for actions and commitments Lead capacity optimization across AI programs and workstreams by analyzing team availability, delivery demand, skill constraints, and prioritization tradeoffs Support resource planning and capacity forecasting to help leadership balance demand, manage constraints, and make informed prioritization decisions Develop and maintain reporting on team capacity, utilization, delivery throughput, and forecasted delivery risk Support value tracking, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting, and milestone-based progress reporting for AI initiatives Partner with senior leaders to ensure program and capacity information is structured in a way that enables effective decision-making Improve program processes, reporting standards, and operating mechanisms to increase efficiency and execution quality Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure consistent communication across business, product, and technical stakeholders Apply AI and analytics technical knowledge to support informed program discussions, identify dependencies, and translate technical concepts for business and leadership audiences Plan and facilitate workshops with business, product, technical, and delivery stakeholders to drive alignment on priorities, operating model decisions roadmaps, risks, and execution plans Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor's degree or higher 10+ years of experience with program management, project management, operations, or related disciplines 10+ years of experience with Program Management Best Practices (i.e., Requirements Management, Resource Management, Integrated Planning and Scheduling, Financial Oversight, Earned Value Management (EVM), Program Performance Management, Supplier Integration, RIO (Risk, Issue, Opportunity) Management, Program Communication, Senior Leadership Reviews, etc.) 10+ years of experience leading cross functional, Business Unit or Program teams 10+ years of experience leading both governance and delivery programs/projects in various Program Management Lifecycle (PMLC), transformation and delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Six Sigma) 10+ years of experience creating risk/issue/opportunity (RIO) metrics, status reporting and executive-level briefings 10+ years of experience do you have in integrated planning, program/schedule management, and/or business integration for complex, multi-stakeholder programs 10+ years of experience managing ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment in support of multiple organizations 5+ years of experience working with Artificial Intelligence (AI) Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience in a commercial or industrial business environment Experience with agile delivery frameworks, product operating models, or program governance structures Experience coaching product managers, project leads, or workstream leads Experience creating decision-ready executive reporting, capacity dashboards, and portfolio summaries Experience with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project, Power BI, or similar tools Experience in a matrixed organization with business, technology, and leadership stakeholders Experience facilitating complex problem-solving or design workshops Experience with AI/ML delivery lifecycle, analytics operating models, or technical delivery dependencies Experience with capacity planning, workload balancing, or resource optimization Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills

Summary pay range:
$168,300 - $227,700
