Lead Consultant / Weight Loss & Wellness•Eau Claire (Full-Time) Livea is a fast-growing medical and wellness organization specializing in evidence-based weight management, GLP-1 therapies, hormone optimization, nutrition coaching, metabolic care, and a broad range of wellness-based products and services. For more than 16 years, Livea has been supporting clients with a complete approach to health, wellness, and long-term success. Our teams are passionate about helping clients transform their health—and we're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, educating clients, supporting sales growth, leading others, and helping clients achieve their goals. This position is ideal for someone with a background in med spa, aesthetics, nutrition, wellness, retail, sales, consultative client service, or leadership. Leadership and sales experience are a plus. This individual will support both our medical and nutrition clients while helping drive client engagement, program participation, product awareness, center operations, and overall center success. This position is based in our Eau Claire location.

What You'll Do:

Support and guide clients through both nutrition programs and 1:1 coaching with clients Educate clients on Livea's products, services, treatments, and offerings Perform consultations with new clients and enroll them into Livea programs Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to support their goals Support center growth through client engagement, retention, referrals, and overall client experience Help promote awareness of current services, promotions, and wellness offerings Assist with product sales and helping clients understand the benefits of programs and services Create a welcoming, polished, and engaging client experience Support center operations including opening and closing responsibilities Partner with center leadership to support daily operations and team success Serve as a resource to both nutrition and medical clients Assist with front desk support, scheduling, follow-up calls, product purchases, and client questions

What We're Looking For:

Experience in med spa, aesthetics, wellness, retail, nutrition, sales, leadership, or a related client-focused environment preferred Leadership and sales background strongly preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable educating clients and making personalized recommendations Comfortable performing consultations and enrolling new clients into programs Sales-focused mindset with the ability to build excitement around products and services Positive, polished, professional presence Strong work ethic with the ability to multitask and stay organized Leadership mindset with a willingness to support the team and center operations Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Schedule Requirements:

Full-time schedule averaging approximately 30-40 hours per week

Tuesday:

7:45 a.m.•4:30 p.m.

Wednesday:

8:45 a.m.•6:30 p.m.

Thursday:

8:45 a.m.•6:30 p.m.

Friday:

6:45 a.m.•2:00 p.m. Mondays may be needed based on center needs Must be open to every other Saturday morning in the future if business needs change Additional flexibility may be needed based on business needs

Compensation:

$20•21 per hour based on experience + bonus opportunity
