As our Quality Coordinator you'll take on a pivotal role in advancing Emplify Health's mission—providing advanced administrative and operational support to our Quality team while helping harmonize quality strategies across our organization. What's Available:
1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)
Shift:
Monday-Friday, Days (no weekends!)
Location:
La Crosse, WI with occasional flexibility to work remotely based on department needs.
What you will do:
Support Quality Leadership — Provide advanced administrative, operational, and budget support, including invoice processing and complex calendar management. Drive Project & Initiative Support — Participate in planning meetings, assist with tactical project management, and help move initiatives forward across the organization. Manage Data & Systems — Maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, surveys, SharePoint sites, presentations, and reports using a variety of digital tools and applications. Collaborate Across Departments — Partner with ITDS, Accounting, Decision Support, Clinical teams, and external stakeholders to gather information and support quality objectives. Serve as a Key Liaison — Act as the primary point of contact for the Quality division, providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting needs, and welcoming visitors and partners.

What you need:
Associate degree in Business, Applied Science, Communications, or Health-related field Minimum of 3 years' experience in an office setting or administrative capacity and computer competency in Microsoft Office. Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across departments Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism Emplify Health, a partnership of Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System, is a leading not-for-profit, patient-centered healthcare network based in Green Bay and La Crosse, Wisconsin.
