We're looking for someone who understands how products are built, how customers use them, and how to build strategic partnerships that go beyond timelines and tasks. You'll manage key accounts, lead new product introductions (NPIs), and work closely with internal teams to ensure customer success. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for strategic customer accounts Understand how our products work and how they're made Collaborate with customers to anticipate needs and deliver solutions Lead business reviews, project planning, and new product launches Partner with engineering, quality, and supply chain to align priorities What You Bring Experience in electronics manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain Strong relationship-building and communication skills Ability to manage technical accounts and think strategically Knowledge of product life cycles, quality systems, or lean manufacturing

General business management knowledge - financial, marketing, etc. Experience in managing customer relationships, including quoting and negotiations, as well as delivery and quality performance management. 2 years' experience in customer service, in a manufacturing environment, with relevant experience working in the electronics industry.
